When I went gluten free in 2010, there were a rash of people who had problems with their products posting on the celiac.com forum. I never got into the habit of buying anything since I was wary. If you have access to Trader Joe's, I'm reasonably certain that Annie's makes their gf Mac and cheese.

Annie's Rice Pasta And Cheddar
Ingredients
Rice Pasta (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour), Dried Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Non-Animal Enzymes), Whey, Butter, Nonfat Milk, Corn Starch, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract (For Color), Silicon Dioxide (For Anticaking).
Preparation
REMOVE:
1 pasta pouch and 1 real cheese sauce packet from box.
POUR:
pasta into a medium microwavable bowl.
Add 3/4 cup water.MICROWAVE:
pasta and water uncovered on high for 3h minutes or until pasta is tender.
DO NOT DRAIN.STIR:
in real cheese sauce & mix well. Let stand 1 minute
to allow cheese sauce to thicken.For Two Servings:
Pour 2 pasta pouches into a 1 -quart microwavable bowl. Add 1% cup water.
Microwave on high 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Continue as directed, using 2 real cheese sauce packets!For Richer Flavor:
Stir in 1 Tbsp milk and 1/3 Tbsp butter after mixing in the real cheese sauce!
